Web 浏览器要求
要查看 SupportAssist Enterprise 用户界面，需要以下 Web 浏览器之一：
● Internet Explorer 10 或更高版本
● Mozilla Firefox 31 或更高版本
注: Microsoft Edge Web 浏览器不支持 SupportAssist Enterprise。
注: 在 Linux 操作系统中，也可以使用原生 Web 浏览器版本来查看 SupportAssist Enterprise。
网络要求
下面是本地系统（安装了 SupportAssist Enterprise 的服务器）和远程设备上的网络要求。
● Internet 连接 - 标准 1 GbE 网络。
● 本地系统必须能够通过 HTTPS 协议与 Dell 托管的 SupportAssist 服务器通信。
● 本地系统必须能够连接到以下目标：
○ https://apidp.dell.com 和 https://api.dell.com - SupportAssist 服务器的端点。
○ https://is.us.dell.com/FUS/api/2.0/uploadfile - 将收集的系统信息上载到其中的文件上载服务器。
○ https://is.us.dell.com/FUSCHUNK/api/1.0/file/uploadChunk - 将大小大于 10 MB 的收集文件上载到其中的上载服
务器。
○ https://downloads.dell.com/ - 用于下载 Dell OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA) 和接收新的 SupportAssist
Enterprise 版本信息、策略文件和产品支持文件。
下表列出了必须在本地系统上打开的端口。
