Software requirements
You can install SupportAssist Enterprise on a supported Windows or Linux operating system. After installing SupportAssist
Enterprise, you can view the SupportAssist Enterprise user interface by using a web browser. The following section provides
information about the operating system requirements for installing and using SupportAssist Enterprise.
Operating system requirements
The following sections provide the list of Windows and Linux operating systems that support the installation of SupportAssist
Enterprise.
Windows operating systems
NOTE: SupportAssist Enterprise can only be installed only on 64-bit operating systems.
