Hardware requirements
The hardware requirements for installing and using SupportAssist Enterprise vary depending on:
The number of devices you want to monitor
The SupportAssist Enterprise functionality you want to use collection of system information only or both monitoring and
collection of system information
You can install SupportAssist Enterprise on a virtual machine or 9th or later generation PowerEdge server.
