编辑 Remote Collector

前提条件

您必须使用提升权限或管理权限登录到 SupportAssist Enterprise。请参阅授予用户提升权限或管理权限。

关于此任务

根据您的偏好，可以编辑 Remote Collector 的名称、IP 地址范围、用户名和密码。

步骤

1. 指向扩展，然后单击管理 Remote Collector。

此时将显示 Remote Collector 页面。

2. 选择要更新的 Remote Collector，然后单击编辑。

此时将显示编辑 Remote Collector 窗口。

3. 视需要编辑名称、IP 地址范围、用户名、密码、代理详细信息和代理排除列表。

4. 单击更新。

如果 SupportAssist Enterprise 无法使用输入的凭据连接到远程系统：

● 保留现有凭据

● “Remote Collector”页中的 Remote Collector 和上传连接保留编辑凭据之前显示的状态

如果远程系统无法使用输入的代理服务器凭据连接到代理服务器：

● 输入的代理服务器凭据保存在 SupportAssist Enterprise 中，但现有代理服务器凭据保留在 Remote Collector 中。

● Remote Collector 显示代理验证失败状态，但上传连接保留编辑代理服务器凭据之前显示的状态。
