データのバックアップ
お使いのコンピュータのファイルとフォルダを定
期的にバックアップすることをお勧めします。フ
ァイルのバックアップ
Start1. （スタート） → Control Panel
（コントロールパネル）→ System and
Maintenance
（システムとメンテナンス）→
Welcome Center（ウェルカムセンター）→
Transfer files and settings（ファイルと設定
の転送）と選択します。
Back up files2. （ファイルのバックアップ）ま
たは Back up computer（コンピュータのバッ
クアップ）をクリックします。
Continue on Your User Account Control 3.
（お使いのユーザーアカウントの継続）
ダイヤログボックスをクリックして、
バックアップファイルウィザードの手順に
従います。
