Calculating additional space that may be needed from scheduled replications should take into account the
number of replicas that are to be retained. The following example shows several replications occurring on one
volume after a schedule is defined.

On the occasion where large amounts of data are replicated, the local reserve may need to temporarily
borrow space. The replica keep count as shown in Figure 14 may need to be lowered to keep the local
volume replication reserve from being exceeded.
