Datastore Selection for Clone Virtual Machine

When cloning a virtual machine, use the Datastores page to select a datastore to store the virtual

machine files.

Device Configuration

Use the Device Configuration page to select the option for adding a raw device.

• Add New Raw Device Mapping to Virtual Machine – Select this option to create a new volume to be

mapped as an RDM to the virtual machine.

• Virtual Device Node – If the Add New Raw Device Mapping to Virtual Machine option is selected,

select the node for the raw device mapping.
