Issue Description

DSM-14769 The GET api/rest/StorageCenter/StorageCenter/{instanceId}/

IscsiFaultDomainList call intermittently returns an empty value for the number of fault

domains.

Workaround: Call the GET command again.

DSM-14292 The API allows a user to send a virtualization volume that is a part of a Live Volume to the

Recycle Bin.

Workaround: Ensure that a virtualization volume is not part of a Live Volume before sending it

to the Recycle Bin.
