快速外部故障切换会终止任何直接相邻对等节点的 EBGP 会话（如果用于到达对等主机的链路关闭）。BGP 不会等待保留计时

默认情况下，快速外部故障切换处于启用状态。要禁用或重新启用它，请使用 [no] fast-external-fallover 命令。要
使 fast-external-fallover 命令对已建立的 BGP 会话生效，您必须使用 clear ip bgp {* | peer-ipv4-
