5. （必需）在 SUPPORT-ASSIST 模式下将接口配置为连接到 SupportAssist 服务器。

6. （必需）在 SUPPORT-ASSIST 模式下配置贵公司的联系信息。

7. 在 EXEC 模式下立即或在安排的时间触发活动。

移除 SupportAssist 安排

设置公司名称
配置名称、地址和区域信息。Dell EMC 技术支持将使用此信息来确定哪个公司拥有该设备。
1. （必需）在 SUPPORT-ASSIST 模式下配置联系信息。
OS10(conf-support-assist)# contact-company name example-company-name
2. （必需）在 SUPPORT-ASSIST 模式下配置地址信息。使用双引号在城市或省/自治区名称中添加空格。使用 no address
命令可移除配置。输入 ? 可查看受支持的国家/地区名称和代码的列表。您还可以在以下位置找到此信息：国家/地区名称和
代码。
