Understanding Dell Server Management Pack Suite Operations 55
Power On
You can use this task to power on the server. This option is available even if
the system power is on.
To power on a system:
1
In the Operations Console, navigate to a Dell Diagram view,
State view, or
Alert view
.

Select the desired Dell system in any of the Diagram or State views or an
alert in the Alerts view.

In the
Actions
pane, select
Dell Windows Server Tasks
Power On
.
Power Reset
You can use this task to turns power off and power on the system.
To reset the power of the system:

In the Operations Console, navigate to a Dell Diagram view,
State view, or
Alert view
.

Select the desired Dell system in any of the Diagram or State views or an
alert in the Alerts view.

In the
Actions
pane, select
Dell Windows Server Tasks
Power Reset
.
Turn LED Identification Off
You can use this task to turn off the LED identification of the selected
system.
To turn off LED identification:

In the Operations Console, navigate to a Dell Diagram view,
State view, or
Alert view
.

Select the desired Dell system in any of the Diagram or State views or an
alert in the Alerts view.

In the
Actions
pane, select
Dell Windows Server Tasks

Identification Off
.
Turn LED Identification On
You can use this task to turn on the LED identification on the system.
To turn on LED identification:
