Object Discoveries
You can customize the following Dell Management Pack discovery
parameters, using overrides:
Enabled: Allows you to enable or disable discoveries. You can choose the
Override Setting to be True or False.
Interval in Seconds: The frequency (in seconds) with which the Dell
Management Pack discovers the component instance and attributes of your
Dell device. The default value for this attribute is 24 hours (one day).
Storage Controller Physical Disk Instance Event and Periodic
Storage Controller Power Supply Instance Event and Periodic
Storage Controller Sensors Instance Event and Periodic
Storage Controller Virtual Disk Instance Event and Periodic
Storage Enclosure Physical Disk Instance Event and Periodic

Discovery Object Description
Dell Server BIOS Discovery Discovers BIOS object for each Dell System.

basic attributes.
Dell Server Hardware
Components Discovery
Discovers hardware components at a group level
(Sensors, Processor, Memory, and Power Supplies)
and attributes (such as launch points for
OpenManage Server Administrator, DRAC,
Remote Access IP with IPMI capability, and so
on) for your Dell system.
OpenManage Software Services
Discovery
Discovers the objects for Dell OpenManage™
Server Administrator Windows services and the
WMI.
