Restarting The Dell Device Helper
1. Click Start → All Programs → Administrative Tools → Component Services.
The Component Services screen is displayed.
2. Expand Component Services → Computers → My Computer → COM+ Applications.
3. Right-click Dell Device Helper and click Shutdown.
4. Right-click Dell Device Helper and click Start.
5. Close the Component Services window.
NOTE: After restarting the Dell Device Helper, the discovered Dell servers will appear only after the next
discovery cycle.
