• Ensure that these site server configurations are supported:
• The following configurations support these options:
• When Configuration Manager and SMS providers are installed in the same system.
• When Configuration Manager and SMS providers are installed in different systems.
• Site server with all Configuration Manager components installed on the same system and DSDP is installed on the same system.
• Site server and SMS provider, with DSDP installed on the site server.
• Central administrative site (CAS), primary site server, and secondary site server, with DSDP installed on the CAS and the primary
site server. You can install DSDP only on the CAS and primary site server.
• Site server and admin console, with DSDP installed in both site server and admin console.
You must have administrator login credentials on servers that are used for setting up SMS providers and site servers.
