Creating Task Sequences for RAID, DRAC, and iDRAC
From the Configuration action type menu you can select the options listed in following table to create
task sequences for RAID, DRAC, and iDRAC.
Option Suboptions Description
RAID Configuration (.ini file) 5i-raid0.ini Sample file for RAID 0.
5i-raid1.ini Sample file for RAID 1.
5i-raid5.ini Sample file for RAID 5.
raidcfg.ini Use the existing raidcfg.ini file to
configure RAID. For a similar
example, see <Edit syscfg.ini>.
iscsicfg.ini Use the existing iscsicfg.ini file to
configure RAID. For a similar
example, see <Edit syscfg.ini>.
RAID Configuration (command
line)
None Use this option if you want to
manually configure the RAID
tokens using the CLI.
RAC Configuration (DRAC 5) <Create configuration file> For more information about the
BIOS option, see <Create
configuration file>.
<Import configuration file> For more information about the
BIOS option, see <Import
configuration file>.
rac5cfg.ini Use the existing rac5cfg.ini file to
configure DRAC 5. For a similar
example, see <Edit syscfg.ini>.
N.B.: Use DRAC configuration
(DRAC5) to configure
Integrated Dell Remote
Access Controller (iDRAC) on
Dell PowerEdge xx0x modular
servers.
iDRAC Configuration (iDRAC 6) <Create configuration file> See <Create configuration file> for

idrac6cfg.ini Use the existing idrac6cfg.ini file
