防火墙配置和常见问题解答
问题：为什么我无法访问 Web 管理页面 ?
解答：计算机的防火墙配置可能阻止您访问 Web 管理的 Web 页面。请参考
下列配置设置：
防火墙保护 配置
McAfee Security
Center
1 启动 McAfee Security Center（开始 > 所有程序
> McAfee > McAfee Security Center）。
2 在 personal firewall plus 选项卡中，单击 View
the Internet Applications List。
3 在列表中找到并选择 Dell S520 Projector。
4 右键单击 Permissions 栏。
5 在弹出菜单中选择 Allow Full Access。
Norton AntiVirus 1 打开 Norton AntiVirus （开始 > 所有程序 >
Norton AntiVirus > Norton AntiVirus）。
2 单击 Options 菜单，选择 Norton AntiVirus。
3 在 Status 页面中，选择 Internet Worm
Protection。
4 在程序列表中找到并选择 Dell S520 Projector。
5 右键单击 Internet Access 栏。
6 在弹出菜单中选择 Permit All。
7 单击 OK。
Sygate Personal
Firewall
1 打开 Sygate Personal Firewall （开始 > 所有程
序 > Sygate > Sygate Personal Firewall）。
2 在 Running Applications 列表中，找到并右键单
击 Dell S520 Projector。
3 在弹出菜单中选择 Allow。
Windows 防火墙
1 打开 Windows 防火墙 （开始 > 所有程序 > 控制
面板）。双击 Windows 防火墙。
2 在常规选项卡中，取消选中不允许例外。
3 在例外选项卡中，单击添加程序 ... 按钮。
4 在程序列表中找到并选择 Dell S520 Projector，
然后单击确定。
5 单击确定以确认例外设置。
