To delete components:
1. On the My Repositories select the desired repository, click Open.
2. On the Components tab select the component you want to delete, and click Delete. Select one of the three
following options:
a) Delete from Bundle(s) — by choosing this option, you can delete the component only from the bundle.
b) Delete from Repository — by choosing this option, you can delete the component from the corresponding
Repository.
If the selected components are assigned to any bundle or bundle(s) in the in the repository, the following
message is displayed: The selected componet is part of a bundle. Are you sure you
want to permanently delete the selected component from this repository?
c) Cancel - Exit the Delete Component(s) window.
3. Click Ok to proceed.
NOTE: Delete Task deletes the component from the repository and the database.
Please Wait... dialog box appears while optimizing the database.
Downloading Components
You can download one or multiple components to the local drives on your system.
To download components:
1. On the My Repositories select the desired repository, click Open.
2. In the Components tab, select the component you want to download.
3. Click Download File.
4. In the Browse For Folder window, navigate to the folder on the local drive where you want to download the
component.
5. Click OK.
6. The Component download Queued message appears, click OK to close.
Copying Components
To copy to components:
1. On My Repositories select the desired repository, click Open.
2. On the Components tab, select the component(s) to copy.
3. Click Copy To.
4. In the Copy Component(s) window, click Next.
a) Copy component(s) into an Existing Repository.
b) Create a NEW Repository and copy component(s) into it.
c) Add component(s) into an Existing Bundle in the same repository.
d) Create a NEW bundle in the same repository and add component(s) into it.
5. Select the copy destination, and click Next.
6. Copy Component Summary window, click Finish to complete.
After the components are copied, the number of components exported and the number of bundle(s) they are copied to,
appear in the Copy Components screen. Click Close to exit.
