10 Overview
Ability to save a catalog
without its associated
DUPs
You can save the catalog file, excluding the DUPs
associated with it, in a location of your choice on your
system.
Ability to replace the
default script when
creating deployment
media
While exporting Linux bundles to the pre-OS
deployment media ISO, you can append your own custom
Bourne-Again SHell (BASH) script to the default script or
replace the default script with a script you created, on the
ISO.
Clear depiction of Dell
and user recommended
bundles in the Bundles
tab
In the Author column, the Dell recommended bundles
are indicated as "DELL" and customized bundles as
"User".
Indicate the number of
bundles or components
selected from the list in
the Bundles or
Components tabs
The selected and total number of bundles or components
appear at the top of the list.
Download selected DUPs You can download selected DUPs from the Components
tab to a user-defined directory.

utility updates
Search DUPs containing utility updates under the Update

Support for OS-
independent bundles and
components
RM facilitates import of catalogs containing bundles and
components. You can create new chassis Bundles that are
OS-independent, in local repositories.

Question mark icons are included in the Export
Bundles/Components wizard to briefly explain the
various options and their purpose.
Improved Please Wait
window
The Please Wait window now displays the status of
download and the number of bundles or components
being downloaded.
You can also cancel processes that are time-consuming.
