Bundles and Components
Management
A bundle is a collection of Dell
Update Packages (DUPs), also called
components, that contain information about related components to be
updated for that system.
You can use Dell Repository Manager to:
Create and customize bundles
Clone existing bundles
Compare existing bundles
Export bundles in the form of ISO or INF files to applicable systems or
to external repositories
Importing Bundles

Load the repository that you want to import or create.

Click the
Bundles
tab.

Click
Add
.

In the
Import Bundle(s)
dialog, click
Next
.

In the
Import Options
dialog, click
Import bundle(s) from an existing
repository
if you want to import bundles already present in an existing
repository. If you want to create a custom bundle, click
Manually create
a bundle
.

Next

In the
Select Source Repository
dialog, select the repository that contains
the bundles you want to import. The repository can be
ftp.dell.com
, or a
repository saved in your system, or a recently used repository displayed in
the
Recent Repositories
list.
