Dell EMC OpenManage Storage Services 公用程序无法

说明： Dell EMC OpenManage Storage Services 公用程序无法重新配置连接到 PERC H755 或 PERC H755N 卡的虚拟

磁盘。dmesg 将显示以下消息：

megaraid_sas 0000:01:00.0: Failed to alloc kernel SGL buffer for IOCTL

在具有 PERC H755 或 PERC H755N 卡的 Dell EMC PowerEdge R6525 服务器和连接到服务器的 Mellanox

ConnextX-5 NIC 上会存在此问题。当操作系统处于较高的内存压力下时，可能会出现此问题。

适用于： Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.9

解决方法：从 Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) 重新配置虚拟磁盘。

受影响的系统： Dell EMC PowerEdge R6525

对于 PCIe Gen 4 NVMe 插槽，dmidecode 公用程序将插

槽类型显示为 <OUT OF SPEC>

说明：对于 PCIe 第 4 代 NVMe 插槽，dmidecode 公用程序将类型 9 记录的“插槽类型”字段显示为 <OUT OF

SPEC>。

适用于： Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.6 或更高版本

原因： dmidecode 公用程序不支持 System Management BIOS (SMBIOS) 版本 3.4 中定义的插槽类型值 0x24。

受影响的系统： Dell EMC PowerEdge R6515、Dell EMC PowerEdge R7515、Dell EMC PowerEdge R6525、Dell EMC

PowerEdge R7525 和 Dell EMC PowerEdge C6525。

适用于： Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.8 和更高版本

原因：此问题是由函数 move_freepages 造成的。此函数不会检查结束页帧号的有效性。

解决方法：

不可用。在将 20 个内存模块连接到服务器时，会遇到此问题。在将 16 个或 32 个内存模块连接到服务器时，

不会遇到此问题。

受影响的系统： Dell EMC PowerEdge R6515、Dell EMC PowerEdge R7515、Dell EMC PowerEdge R6525、Dell EMC

PowerEdge R7525、Dell EMC PowerEdge C6525。
