May Fail to Launch or Takes a Long Time to Launch

Unable to create an Active File Screen or Hard Quota for the System Volume.
The FSRM File Screening option and the Quota Management option do
not allow the administrator to create an Active File Screen or a Hard
Quota for the System Volume.
Even though the administrator selects
Active
in
File Screen
or
Hard Quota
in
Quota Management
while creating a File Screen or setting
a Hard Quota for the System Volume, the file screening type appears as
Passive
for
File Screen
and the
Quota type
appears as
Soft Quota
after
they are created. The
Edit File Screen
or
Quota
option does not allow you
to change the file screening type to
Active
or the
Quota
type to
Hard
Quota
. This issue occurs only while creating a File Screen or a Quota type
for the System Volume.
