Managing NIC (Ethernet) Ports
In the host system tree, expand a NIC adapter node to view the ports. Select a
port to view information about the port in the content pane, as shown in
Figure 10-5.

After selecting a port, you have the following options:
 Configuring NIC Port Ethernet Parameters
 Viewing NIC Port Statistics
 Retrieving NIC Port Debug Dump
Configuring NIC Port Ethernet Parameters
To configure Ethernet parameters:
1. In the host system tree, expand a NIC adapter node to view the ports.
2. Select a port to view information about the port in the content pane.
3. In the content pane, click the Parameters tab.
4. In the Ethernet Parameters dialog box, enter values for the following
parameters, and then click OK.
 Rx Coalesce (µs)
 Rx Max Coalesced Frames
 Tx Coalesce (µs)
 Tx Max Coalesced Frames
