Limitations
DCQCN has the following limitations:
 DCQCN mode currently supports only up to 64 QPs.
 Marvell adapters can determine vLAN priority for PFC purposes from vLAN
priority or from DSCP bits in the ToS field. However, in the presence of both,
vLAN takes precedence.
