Use QConvergeConsole or Fast!UTIL to configure boot devices:

Configuring Boot Devices with Interactive
QConvergeConsole CLI
On the Fibre Channel Adapter Configuration menu, select Boot Devices
Configuration to open the Boot Device Settings menu with options to view and
configure boot devices.

Configuring Boot Devices with Noninteractive
QConvergeConsole CLI
To set a specific target as the boot device for a specific adapter, issue the
following command:
# qaucli -pr fc -e (<hba instance> | <hba wwpn>) <target wwnn>
<target wwpn> <target id> <lun id>

hba instance = Adapter number (use the -g command to find)
hba wwpn = Worldwide port name of the adapter
target wwnn = Worldwide node name of the target
target wwpn = Worldwide port name of the target
target id = ID to which the target is bound
lun id = ID of the LUN
