5 Troubleshooting

Reconfiguration, Suspend and Resume
Operations
The QConvergeConsole GUI application must be stopped before performing any
hot swap, dynamic reconfiguration, suspend and resume operations in a Solaris
operating system. Use the following procedures as needed.
Stopping the QCC GUI Agents
To stop the QCC GUI, issue the following in the command line:
# ./etc/rc3.d/S99qlremote stop
# ./etc/rc3.d/S99netqlremote stop
Starting the QCC Agents Without Rebooting the Server
To start the QConvergeConsole application without rebooting the server, issue the
following in the command line:
# ./etc/rc3.d/S99qlremote start
# ./etc/rc3.d/S99netqlremote start
NOTE
All QCC-GUI applications will restart after the system is rebooted.
