Figure 4-2 shows how the default Windows firewall settings prevent the QCC GUI
from connecting to remote hosts, and Figure 4-3 shows how modifying the
settings lets the QCC GUIconnect to remote hosts.

Linux Firewall Configuration
If the Linux firewall (iptable rules) is enabled with default settings, connections
between the QCC GUI and remote hosts are not allowed. To use Linux firewall but
allow connections between the QCC GUI and remote hosts, set up the rules for
your Linux distribution as described in the following sections.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.x+ and SLES 15.x+
To configure the firewall:
1. Determine the FirewallD status (enabled or disabled):
# systemctl status firewalld
2. If FirewallD is enabled:
a. Identify the current active zone and related interface:
# firewall-cmd --get-active-zones
