Uninstalling QConvergeConsole Agents in Linux
To uninstall the QConvergeConsole NIC, Fibre Channel, FCoE, or iSCSI
agents in Linux:
Issue the following command:
rpm -e <agent>
Where <agent> is one of the following:
netqlremote for Ethernet NIC
qlremote for Fibre Channel or FCoE
iqlremote for iSCSI
qlnxremote for FastLinQ Adapters
Uninstalling QConvergeConsole GUI in a Solaris Environment
Follow these steps to uninstall QConvergeConsole GUI from a Solaris system. Be
sure to exit QConvergeConsole GUI before you uninstall.
To uninstall QConvergeConsole GUI in a Solaris environment:
1. From the console, change to the directory where the QCC uninstaller file,
QConvergeConsoleUninstaller, is installed. The default location is:
/opt/QLogic_Corporation/QConvergeConsole/Uninstall_QConvergeConsole
2. To start the uninstallation process, type the following at the console prompt:
./QConvergeConsoleUninstaller
Uninstall messages appear on the console during the uninstallation process.
Uninstalling QConvergeConsole Agents on Solaris
To uninstall the QConvergeConsole agents on Solaris, follow the instructions that
correspond to the method used to install the agents.
To uninstall agents installed using package files (Solaris 11.4):
To uninstall QConvergeConsole Solaris agents that were installed using
.pkg format files, issue the following command:
pkgrm <agent>
Where <agent> is one of the following:
QLRemote for Fibre Channel or FCoE
NOTE
FastLinQ Adapters (3400/8400/41000/45000 Series) currently do not
support Solaris.
