To enable the Localhost Only feature on Linux:
1. Edit the /etc/hosts.allow file by adding the following two lines to the
very end of the file:
Line #1: rpcbind: LOCAL, 127.0.0.1, (add any allowable IPs)
Line #2: A blank line (Note: The last line in the file must be blank.)
2. Edit the /etc/hosts.deny file by adding the following two lines to the
very end of the file:
Line #1: rpcbind: ALL
Line #2: A blank line (Note: The last line in the file must be blank.)

The QConvergeConsole Installer for Windows is a self-extracting utility that
installs QConvergeConsole GUI and related files. Follow the steps in this section
to install QConvergeConsole GUI on a Windows system.
NOTE
Prior to installation, read the items noted in “Before You Begin” on page 7.
NOTE
For information on firewall configuration on Windows systems, refer to
“Windows Firewall Configuration” on page 35.
The location of the installed QConvergeConsole files depends on which
QCC GUI version you run, and the operating system on which you install
it, as follows:
QCC GUI x64 version on a 64-bit Windows operating system:
All QCC files are installed in the folder Program Files.
