Operating System Requirements
The client, Apache Tomcat application server, and server agent each have their
own operating system requirements.
Client
The client requires one of the following operating systems to host a supported
Web browser (see “Software Requirements” on page 2):
 Windows Server 2016 and 2019
 Red Hat

Enterprise Linux

(RHEL) Server 7.7, 7.8, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2
 SUSE

Linux Enterprise Server (SLES

Apache Tomcat Application Server
The server requires one of the following operating systems to host the Tomcat
server for QConvergeConsole GUI:

 RHEL 7.7, 7.8, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2
 SLES 12 SP4/SP5, 15 SP1/SP2
 Oracle Linux—Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel (UEK R5, R6)

Server Agent
Multiple operating system support allows control of heterogeneous environments.
The QConvergeConsole GUI server agent works with the following operating
systems:
 Windows Server 2016 and 2019
 RHEL 7.7, 7.8, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2
 SLES 12 SP4/SP5, 15 SP1/SP2
 Oracle Linux—Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel (UEK R5, R6)
 Solaris 11.4
NOTE
Some auxiliary help features, such as the Search and Index tools, may not
work properly in every Web browser.
