toviewPDFdocuments.WhendocumentprotectionisenabledforPDFfilesdouble‐clickingonanyPDF
fileonthecomputerwillopenthedocumentinaprotectedinstanceofthedocumentapplication.
The
protecteddocumentscanbeidentifiedbythecustomizedbordercolorthatsurroundsthe
application whenitisactive,justastheprotectedbrow sershows.Thewindowbelowdisplaysagreen
border,identifyingittobeinsidetheprotectedenvironment.

MicrosoftWord,MicrosoftExcel,andMicrosoftPowerPointfilesalsocanbe
accessedintheDDP|
ProtectedWorkspaceenvironment.Afterdouble‐clickingasupportedfiletype,thedocumentwillopen
intheprotectedapplicationintheDDP|PWenvironment.Belowarescreenshotsofprotectedinstances
