2. Install the:
a) Riser 2 module
b) Top cover
3. Follow the procedure in After working inside your computer.
System board
Removing system board
1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
a) Top cover
b) Air duct
c) System Fan
d) System fan cage
e) Memory module
f) Heat sink
g) Processor
h) M.2 PCIe Solid State Drive(if installed)
i) Intrusion switch
j) Riser 2 Module
k) Riser 1 Module
3. To remove the system board connections:
NOTE: Take a picture or document the cable routing.
a) Disconnect the power distribution board cable and front panel cable [1], power distribution board power cable [2], front panel HSD
cable, SATA power cable, SATA 0, SATA 1 (if installed) cable [3] and unroute it from the retention clip on the system board.
b) Disconnect front panel power cable, GPU power cable [4] and unroute it from the retention clip on the system board.
c) Disconnect the SATA 2 power cable and the SATA 2, SATA 3 (if installed) cable [5] and lift to gain access to disconnect the GPU
fan cables.
