Dell Diagnostics
Please Connect USB Keyboard/Mouse to USB Ports on the Back of the Computer. (請將 USB 鍵盤/滑鼠連接至電腦背面的 USB 連接埠。) — 關閉電腦，將
USB 鍵盤和/或滑鼠連接至電腦背面的 USB 連接器，然後重新啟動電腦。

Plug and Play Configuration Error (隨插即用組態錯誤) —
1.  關閉電腦，從電源插座上拔下其電源線，保留一個插卡，將其餘插卡卸下。
2.  插上電腦的電源線並重新啟動電腦。
3.  如果該訊息再次出現，則剛才安裝的插卡可能有故障。如果此訊息不再出現，則關閉電腦並重新插入另一個插卡。
4.  重複此程序，直到識別出有故障的插卡。



Reset failed (重設失敗) —


Sector not found (未找到磁區) —
l 執行 Windows 錯誤檢查公用程式，以檢查軟式磁碟或硬碟機上的檔案結構。請參閱 Windows 說明，以獲得有關指示。
l 如果有大量磁區損壞，請備份您的資料 (如有可能)，然後重新為軟式磁碟或硬碟機製作格式。

Seek error (搜尋錯誤) — 請參閱「磁碟機問題」。

Shutdown failure (關機失敗) — 請執行 Dell Diagnostics。

Time-of-day clock stopped (日期時鐘停止) —

Time-of-day not set (未設定日期) —
進入系統設定程式，更正日期或時間。如果問題仍然存在，請更換電池。

Timer chip counter 2 failed (計時器晶片 2 號計數器故障) — 請執行 Dell Diagnostics。

Unexpected interrupt in protected mode (保護模式下出現未預期的岔斷) — 請執行 Dell Diagnostics。

