Steps
1. Loosen the three captive screws that secure the heat sink to the system.
NOTE: Loosen the screw in the sequential order (1->3->2) as printed on the heat sink.
2. Lift the heat-sink from the system board.

If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
