Steps
1. Remove the two (M3x3) screws that secure the optional I/O module to the system chassis.
NOTE: The screw type differs with the kind of I/O module used.
2. Slide and remove the optional I/O card from its slot in the chassis.
3. Disconnect the cable that connects the optional I/O card to the system board.
4. Remove the I/O card from the system unit.
