On the Windows desktop, right-click the
My Computer
icon and select
Manage
.
The
Computer Management
window appears.

In the
Computer Management
left pane, click
Disk Management
.
The physical disk information appears in the right pane.

Right-click the disk you want to reformat and select
Format
.
Disk Management
reformats the disk.

In the
File
menu, select
Exit
.

In the
"Looks Alive" poll interval
box, select
Use value from resource type
and click
OK
.

In the
Cluster Administrator
left pane, right-click the cluster group that
contains the reformatted disk and select
Bring Online
.

File
menu, select
Exit
