Refer to the Dell documentation and management software for help if the following

issues occur with the DL Appliance:

■ The hardware health status for the storage array is Offline.

■ The hardware status for the storage array is Failed.

■ The hardware health status for the storage array is Critical.

After an issue is resolved, the storage array and the associated virtual disks are

brought online automatically by Backup Exec.
