Estasdisposicionessólosonaplicablesalagarantíalimitadade3añosdeDell.Parainformarsesobrelasdisposicionesdecualquiercontrato
deservicioquecubrasusistema,remítaseasufacturaoalcontratodeservicioseparadoquerecibirá.
SiDelleligeintercambiarunsistemaocomponente,elintercambioseharásegúnloindicadoenlaPolíticadeIntercambiodeDellvigenteenla
fechadelintercambio.EncualquiercasoenelqueDellemitaunNúmerodeAutorizacióndeDevolucióndeMaterial,Delldeberecibirlos
productosparareparaciónantesdelvencimientodelperíododegarantíaafindequelasreparacionespuedansercubiertasporlagarantía
limitada.
NOTA:Siustedeligeunadelasopcionesdegarantíayserviciodisponiblesenlugardelagarantíalimitadaestándarde3añosdescrita
eneltextoprecedente,laopciónqueelijaapareceráindicadaensufactura.
Garantíadeunañodelfabricantealusuariofinal(sóloAméricaLatinayelCaribe)
Dell Computer Corporation ("Dell") garantiza al usuario final de acuerdo con las siguientes disposiciones que los productos de hardware que
llevensumarca,compradosporelusuariofinaldeunacompañíaDellodeundistribuidorautorizadodeDellenAméricaLatinaoelCaribe,
estaránlibresdedefectosenmateriales,manodeobraydiseñoqueafectensuusonormal,duranteunperíododeunañoapartirdelafechade
compraoriginal.Losproductossobreloscualessepresentenreclamoscorrectamente,alaopcióndeDell,seránreparadosoreemplazadospor
cuentadeDell.Dellesdueñodetodaslaspiezasqueseretirendelosproductosreparados.Alrealizarreparacionesdegarantíayconstruir
productos de reemplazo, Dell utiliza piezas nuevas y reacondicionadas provenientes de diversos fabricantes.
Exclusiones
Estagarantíanoseaplicaalosdefectosqueresultende:instalación,usoomantenimientoindebidosoinadecuados;accionesomodificaciones
realizadasportercerosoelusuariofinalquenoseanautorizadas;dañoaccidentalovoluntario;odesgastenormal.
Presentacióndereclamos
EnAméricaLatinaoelCaribelosreclamosdebenhacersecontactandoallugardeventadeDelldentrodelperíododegarantía.Elusuariofinal
siempredebesuministrarpruebadecompra,indicandoelnombreyladireccióndelvendedor,lafechadecompra,elmodeloynúmerodeserie,
elnombreyladireccióndelcompradorylosdetallesdelossíntomasylaconfiguraciónenelmomentodeldesperfecto,incluyendolosperiféricos
yelsoftwareutilizados.Delocontrario,Dellpodrárechazarelreclamodegarantía.Despuésdeldiagnósticodeldefectogarantizado,Dellhará
losarreglosnecesariosypagaráporelfleteterrestreysegurohaciaydesdeelcentrodereparación/reemplazodeDell.Elusuariofinaldebe
asegurarsedequeelproductodefectuosoestédisponiblepararecojoenelempaqueoriginalounodeprotecciónequivalentejuntoconlos
detalleslistadosarribayelnúmerodedevoluciónqueleproporcionóDell.
Limitaciónyderechoslegales
Dellnoofreceningunaotragarantía,odeclaraciónsimilardistintadelaestablecidaexplícitamenteantesenestedocumento,yestaGarantíase
otorgaenlugardetodaslasdemásgarantíasdecualquiertipo,segúnelalcancemáximoquepermitalaley.Enausenciadelegislación
aplicable,estaGarantíaseráelúnicoyexclusivorecursodelusuariofinalcontraDellocualquieradesusafiliados,yniDellniningunodesus
afiliadosseráresponsableporpérdidadeutilidadesocontratos,ocualquierotrapérdidaindirectaoemergenteacausadenegligencia,
incumplimiento de contrato o de cualquier modo.
EstaGarantíanoperjudicaniafectalosderechosestatutariosobligatoriosdelusuariofinalcontray/ocualquierderechoproveniente
de otros contratos concluidos por el usuario final con Dell y/o cualquier otro vendedor.
