interface range macro (define) — define a macro for an interface-range.
interface range macro (define)
Defines a macro for an interface range and then saves the macro in the running configuration.
Syntax
define interface range macro name interface , interface , ...
Parameters
name Enter up to 16 characters for the macro name.
interface,
interface,...
Enter the keywords interface range and one of the
interfaces — slot/port[/subport], port-channel, or VLAN
number. Select the range of interfaces for bulk
configuration. You can enter up to six comma-separated
ranges. Spaces are not required between the commas.
Comma-separated ranges can include VLANs, port-
channels, and physical interfaces.
For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
TenGigabitEthernet then the slot/port/subport
information.
For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
fortyGigE then the slot/port/subport information.
For a 25-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
twentyFiveGigE then the slot/port/subport
information.
For a 50-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
fiftyGigE then the slot/port/subport information.
For a 100-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
hundredGigE then the slot/port information.
For a Tunnel interface, enter the keyword tunnel then
the tunnel ID. The range is from 1 to 16383.
For a VLAN interface, enter the keyword vlan then a
number from 1 to 4094.
