LED behavior
The following system LED behavior is seen during open networking installation environment (ONIE) operations:

LED Description
Master
• O—switch is in stacking slave mode
• Solid green—system is in stacking master or standalone mode
Status
• Solid green—normal operation
• Blinking green—booting
• Solid amber—critical system error
• Blinking amber—noncritical system error—fan failure or power
supply failure
Locator
• O—locator function is disabled
• Blinking blue—locator function is enabled
QSFP+ port when used as one 40G port. Only the rst LED is used
in 40G mode.
• O—No Link
• Solid green—link at 40G speed
• Blinking green—port activity at 40G speed
• Solid amber—link at speed lower than 40G
• Blinking amber—port activity at lower than 40G speed
