Upgrading SMF FPGA
To upgrade your system using the FPGA method, follow these steps.
1 Copy all the binaries needed for upgrade into a local directory.

2 Check the FPGA region using smarttool –gfr /dev/ttyS0 command.

3 Get the current version of the FPGA using the lpctool utility. You can get the FPGA running image
version through the
./lpctool --read --addr=0x200 --size=b registers at the LPC tool.
