Configure the maximum number of attempts that should be used to authenticate a user.

Usage Information
This command specifies the maximum number of attempts to authenticate a user on a SSH connection
with the remote host for password authentication. SSH will disconnect when the number of password
failures exceeds authentication-retries.

Configure the maximum number of incoming SSH connections per minute.
