Create a QoS input policy on the router.
Syntax
qos-policy-input qos-policy-name cpu-qos|layer2
To remove an existing input QoS policy from the router, use no qos-policy-input qos-policy-name
cpu-qos|layer2 command.

Information
Use this command to specify the name of the input QoS policy. Once input policy is specified,
rate-police can be defined. This command enables the qos-policy-input configuration mode—
(conf-qos-policy-in).
