Use this command to configure a shortcut name that can used instead of entering a long string of
numbers associated with an NSAP address.

To disable debugging of IS-IS, enter no debug isis.

Entering debug isis enables all debugging parameters.
Use this command to display all debugging information in one output. To turn off debugging, you
normally enter separate no forms of each command. Enter the no debug isis command to disable all
debug messages for IS-IS at once.
debug isis adj-packets
Enable debugging on adjacency-related activity such as hello packets that are sent and received on
IS-IS adjacencies.
Syntax
debug isis adj-packets [interface]
To turn off debugging, use the no debug isis adj-packets [interface] command.
name
Enter an alphanumeric string to identify the name-to-NSAP mapping.
nsap Enter a specific NSAP address that will be associated with the name parameter.
