IP Prefix List Commands
When an access-list is created without any rule and then applied to an interface, ACL behavior reflects
implicit permit.
Use these commands to configure or enable IP prefix lists.
• clear ip prefix-list
• deny
• ip prefix-list
• permit
• seq
• show config
• show ip prefix-list detail
• show ip prefix-list summary
clear ip prefix-list
s z
Reset the number of times traffic met the conditions (“hit” counters) of the configured prefix lists.

clear ip prefix-list [prefix-name]

Clears “hit” counters for all prefix lists unless a prefix list is specified.

may display an incorrect value. Configure packet counters with logging instead.
deny Configure a filter to drop traffic.
permit Configure a filter to forward traffic.

prefix list, up to 140 characters long.
