Task Command Syntax Command Mode
Set the number of minutes and seconds.
Default: 10 minutes on console, 30 minutes on VTY.
Disable EXEC timeout by setting the timeout period to 0.
exec-timeout minutes [seconds] LINE
Return to the default timeout values. no exec-timeout LINE

Telnet to the peer stack-unit. You do not need to configure the
management port on the peer stack-unit to be able to telnet to it.
telnet-peer-stack-unit EXEC Privilege
Telnet to a device with an IPv4 or IPv6 address. If you do not enter an IP
address, FTOS enters a Telnet dialog that prompts you for one.
• Enter an IPv4 address in dotted decimal format (A.B.C.D).
• Enter an IPv6 address in the format
0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000. Elision of zeros is
supported.
