SNMP over IPv6
SNMP is supported on the platforms s z
Simple network management protocol (SNMP) over IPv6 transport so that an IPv6 host can perform
SNMP queries and receive SNMP notifications from a device running FTOS IPv6. The FTOS
SNMP-server commands for IPv6 have been extended to support IPv6. For more information regarding
SNMP commands refer to the

Show IPv6 Information
All of the following show commands are supported on the platforms s z
View specific IPv6 configuration with the following commands.
IPv6 addresses are normally written as eight groups of four hexadecimal digits, where
each group is separated by a colon (:). Omitting zeros is accepted as described in
Addressing earlier in this chapter.
