flash is ignored. If no configuration file is downloaded from the server, the startup-configuration

7. The system applies the configuration. The system is now up and running. It can be managed as usual.
Configure the system to boot in Normal mode (NOT using Jumpstart) by entering the reload-type normal-reload
command.
