Field Description
Information:
Fibrechannel 0/0 is
down, FC link is
down
Administrative state of the Fibre Channel interface (up/no shutdown or down/ shutdown) and operational state of
the FC link (up or down).
Pluggable media
present, SFP+ type
Pluggable optic is inserted in the port or not, and the SFP+ optic type.
Wavelength Wavelength of the inserted optic.
SFP+ receive power Power received on SFP+ optic.
Interface index Index number of FC port.
MTU Maximum transmission unit on interface (not user-congurable; xed at 2148 bytes).
LinkSpeed Congured transmission speed of the FC port when the port link is down or current speed when the port link is up.
Valid link speeds are: auto (port autosenses speed of peer FC port), 2G, 4G, or 8G.
Port type, Max BB
credits
The FC port type is xed at N (end node port) in NPG mode and are automatically set to F (fabric port) or E
(extended port) in Fabric Services. The maximum number of buer-to-buer (BB) credits available is xed at 16.
WWN, FC-ID Factory-provided world-wide name (WWN) of FC port (in hexadecimal) that uniquely identies the port on the
switch (not user-congurable) and the unique FC port ID (24-bit in hexadecimal) received from an FC switch in the
fabric after a successful login.
Last clearing of

Elapsed time since the interface counters displayed in show interfaces output were last cleared.
Statistics:
BBCR_FrameFailure
s
Number of link resets due to frames lost during buer-to-buer credit recovery (BBCR) period.
BBCR_RRDYFrame
Failures
Number of link resets due to multiple Receiver Ready (R_RDY) frames received during the credit recovery period.
Class2FramesIn Number of Class 2 frames received.
Class2FramesOut Number of Class 2 frames transmitted.
