Usage Information
This command applies to all the VRRP congured interfaces on a system. When used with the vrrp
delay minimum CLI, the later timer rules the VRRP enabling. For example, if vrrp delay reload is
600 and the
vrrp delay minimum is 300:
When the system reloads, VRRP waits 600 seconds (10 minutes) to bring up VRRP on all interfaces that
are up and congured for VRRP.
When an interface comes up, whether as part of a system reload or an interface reload, the system waits
300 seconds (5 minutes) to bring up VRRP on that interface.
Save the conguration and reload the system for the delay timers to take eect.
