static (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword static to display only those MAC address
specically congured on the switch.
interface interface (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword interface followed by the interface type, slot
and port information:
• For a 1-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword GigabitEthernet
followed by the slot/port information.
•
For a Port Channel interface, enter the keywords port-channel followed by
a number. For the S-Series, the range is 1 to 128.
• For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
TenGigabitEthernet followed by the slot/port information.
• For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword fortyGigE followed
by the slot/port information.
vlan vlan-id (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword vlan followed by the VLAN ID to display the
MAC address assigned to the VLAN. The range is 1 to 4094.

Display the MAC address table.
Syntax
show mac-address-table [address mac-address | interface interface | vlan
vlan-id] [aging-time] [dynamic | static] [count [vlan vlan-id] [interface
interface-type [slot [/port]]]]
Parameters
address mac-
address
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword address then a MAC address in the
nn:nn:nn:nn:nn:nn format to display information on that MAC address.
dynamic (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword dynamic to display only those MAC addresses
the switch dynamically learns. Optionally, you can also add one of these
combinations: address/mac-address, interface/interface, or vlan
vlan-id.
static (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword static to display only those MAC addresses
